Featured Villain: Kandyman

The Kandyman is a monster that has only had one televised appearance in Doctor Who: in the Seventh Doctor story The Happiness Patrol. He was made out of sweets and lived on a planet called Terra Alpha where it was illegal to be unhappy. It's a strange monster, to say the least and it's one of those things that you either love or you hate.

On April Fools Day in 2010, the BBC announced that the Kandyman would be returning in the Series 5 finale, although this was of course, a joke.
