Doctor Who Series 4 Episode 2: The Fires of Pompeii is currently available for free on iTunes, most likely due to the fact that Peter Capaldi - the soon to be Twelfth Doctor made his first appearance in Doctor Who in this episode. It won't be free forever so you better get it quickly!
