Five Classic Doctor Who Villains I Want To See Again

In it's fifty year history, Doctor Who has had hundreds of villains - some appear one hundred times, others appear once and others twice. So today I'm going to tell you the five that I really want to see again!

#5 - The Master
Alright, this one has certainly had his fair share of appearances but it's been four years since we last saw him and while I think John Simm did a great job in Series 3 and The End of Time, I really want to see him with a goatee again!

#4 - The Quarks
These things got two appearances: The Dominators and The War Games but they were only in the latter for about five seconds in part 10. I'm not a huge fan of The Dominators but I really like the design of the Quarks so I think it would be great to see them again in a Twelfth Doctor episode...

#3 - The Sea Devils
The Sea Devils are another monster that only got two appearances: The Sea Devils and Warriors of the Deep. Like the Silurians, the Sea Devils are fan-favourites and it's a huge shame they didn't return for Series 5.

#2 - Sil / Mentors
And now for yet another monster who appeared twice: Sil! Sil is a money-greedy Mentor from Thoros Beta who first appeared in Vengeance on Varos and later appeared in The Trial of a Time Lord Part 2: Mindwarp. The two stories he appeared in are generally considered to be the best of the Sixth Doctor era so it's a shame that he hasn't been seen since. Oh well, at least he's going to be in a Big Finish trilogy next year...

#1 - The Celestial Toymaker
Another popular villain who only appeared in the almost completely missing First Doctor story The Celestial Toymaker. A second appearance was planned for the cancelled Season 23 in a story called The Nightmare Fair but we got The Trial of a Time Lord instead but on the bright side, Big Finish made an audio version in 2009. His only TV appearance is one of the most popular lost stories and I think it would be great to see him in New Who.

Are there any classic villains that you would like to see again?
