The Celestial Toymaker was a Guardian of Time first appeared in a story entitled The Celestial Toymaker. The production team had planned for him to reappear in the cancelled Season 23 in a story called The Nightmare Fair but we got The Trial of a Time Lord instead. So far, his first appearance is his only televised appearance.
